Hello. I have been playing around with the new reverb from OS and I love it! However, we should add in reverb delay. Can we look into this?

Thanks,
Marysamat

It is where you can control when the reverb will begin after the note is played

Ah predelay. I think a volume for the reverb send would be more useful

No, the reverb is all just hard coded impulse responses. Can't really change them.

Basically, the best I can describe it, so if you have audio going, you duplicate the audio and really reverb it out. Then, take the audio and put it very close to the original audio. THIS HELPS A HUGE AMOUNT. Reverb delay makes notes sound much clearer. The reason is that you have a dry note and then the reverb comes after the dry note. This has a lot of clarity to it.

Mary that is good but OS reverb doesn't work in a way that would be practical

We don't play the note and then play the reverb. We apply a convolution filter. You'll notice if you try some of the other filters, the original note is never played.

Yes, but some of those new reverbs sound like multitaps, so it is possible to at some point add a 'slapback' reverb type.

I remixed the remix.  Now it's back to normal. ~Mitch Hedberg
