Image problem

I'm trying to set an image for a playlist I created. The image would go in the black square in the top let corner. It keeps saying it has to be 155x155 pixels, but there is no way to measure that. Can't it just resize it? Why does it matter anyway?

I'm annoyed that the site can't set the thumbnail automatically. Hell, for a long time I thought I had a problem with my Instagram images because very few people subscribed to me, but now I realize the problem was solely that I didn't know how to properly promote my page. Now I just turned to these guys: https://soclikes.com/buy-instagram-followers. Now I am doing well with my subscribers.
