Notifications for playlists and comments

I was wondering if we could get some notifications, like a PM from the system, when one of your sequences gets added to somebody else's playlist, and when we get a comment on one of our sequences by somebody else. This would be nice to have when somebody gives you advice or something like that in the comments and it's months before you see it, or knowing what playlists people put your sequence on. 

I thought this would be pretty simple and easy to do so I was hoping you could pull it off.
