Same! I have been trying to make the playlist of some songs, and i cant save it! when I try and open another window, it says that!

That means you are actually logged in. Because OS was either not displaying the right names, or showing the log in box when it shouldn't, whenever you would try to log in it would throw this error because you have already successfully logged in. If that makes sense.
