Out of Tune

The new bass guitar is out of tune with the new elec piano.

I played elec piano A3 with inverted E3 and the next bar F3 with inverted C3.

When I put A2 bass on the first bar it sounded fine but when I put the C3 bass over the C3 elec piano, the bass is way sharp. It sounds awful. I suspect that it's the bass that is out.

Actually, the more that I listen to it, the entire bass is sharp out of tune. It's just super easy hearable when playing the exact same note as the other instrument.
